I met The Hummingbirds in Bier just off Bold St. I’d not been there yet, being a pretty new refurbishment but it’s really nice. I could only face a cup of tea being the morning after the night before, but imported beers and organic cider on tap means I’d recommend a visit. My interview technique perhaps needs to be improved as they always seem to descend into chaos, but they certainly provided me with enough salvageable content…
